Content Officer

Reporting to Content Manager
Roles and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Content Manager, the Content Officer will:
  • Create project planning, coordinate, arrange, and supervise content production projects
  • Ensure that quality of our content meets its requirements
  • Ensure timely implementation of the project
  • Conduct research for product development
  • Analyze data for content development
  • Perform other duties and roles assigned by the Content Manager
Knowledge, Experiences and Competencies
  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in any major, preferably in Education
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience or minimum 1 year of research experience, in the field of education is preferable
  • Knowledge of education in Indonesia and education in general
  • Excellent ability to work independently and to liaise and coordinate activities between different stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to all stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills, mature judgment combined with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Excellent ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Capacity to manage complex workload cooperatively between teams
