Job Description:
  • Responsible for building strong relationships with clients
  • Responsible for driving customer satisfaction to partner schools.
  • Trains end-users on usage of Quipper’s eLearning platform
  • Conducting classroom observation, help desk and technical assistance to our partner schools.
  • Supports clients’ needs through problem & complaint resolution
  • Supports sales officers during sales presentations through product presentations
  • Upsells Quipper services to existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate diploma or at least Professional degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • At least a year of experience with solid people management background in the related field is required for this position
  • With experience in the education / eLearning industry working in the same capacity is a plus
  • Candidate must understand basic Profit & Loss
  • Must be self-driven, can work independently and as a team
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, negotiation, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office, and has the ability to learn new technology
  • Strong interpersonal, intrapersonal and analytical skills
  • Preferably with teaching experience and/or knowledgeable with eLearning education set up
  • Must be willing to work on the field
  • Willing to work on Weekend and holidays if needed
  • Willing to work in one of the following areas
    • Dagupan City
    • Camarines Norte
    • Cebu City
  • Preferably with driver's license and have own means of transportation but not required.
