Inbound Customer Support Officer

Job Description
  • Handles customer complaints and provides technical support to customers.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication to take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Identify opportunities and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Communicates with client relations officers to visit customers if the problem is more serious
  • Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
  • Provides admin support for client relations teams
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate diploma or at least Professional degree in any field
  • Preferably 1 to 4 years experience working in inbound customer service role
  • Must be self-driven, can work independently and as a team
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks
  • Must be amiable to work in Makati.
  • Willing to work on field if needed.
  • Willing to work on Weekend and holidays if needed
