Product Specialist

Job Description
  • Responsible for composing and maintaining queries for generating usage reports using existing data and reporting tools.
  • Responsible for generating and managing all clients accounts using Back-Office platform.
  • Responsible for reporting errors in Quipper platform to the proper department.
  • Master Quipper product features.
  • Responsible for creating learning manuals (video tutorials and handbooks) to be used by the internal and external stakeholders for current and new product features.
  • Supports the team, other departments and clients about technical concerns.
  • Conducts ocular visits to inspect the client’s elearning readiness and make recommendations on best usage model to use.
  • If needed, support team members by conducting trainings, student orientations and distribution of accounts.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Computer Science/Information Technology graduate is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledgeable with Photoshop or other similar technology
  • Knowledgeable with Adobe Premiere and HitFilm or other similar technology.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong computer/technical skills, proficient in MS Office, and has the ability to learn new technology.
  • Must be self-driven, can work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks.
  • Familiar with Google BigQuery, Data Studio and Redash or other similar technology is a plus.
