Assistant Production Manager

Job Description

Support the management of designated projects for Content Department.

For assigned project(s):

  • Define the goals and timeline
  • Coordinates, documents, and assigns tasks
  • Coordinates teams of content experts, creatives, video production crew, instructional designers.
  • Manage budget, timeline, and resources
  • Monitors problems, provides solutions, and implements changes as necessary to ensure the project timeline is followed.
  • Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
  • Regularly reports the progress to all stakeholders
  • Other task that may be assigned by the Content manager from time to time

Report line: Reports to Content Manager

Requirements Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.)
  • Extensive experience or compelling abilities in project management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills, and leadership ability

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) or above in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields.
  • Passion for and experience in the education field in the Philippines
  • Experience in publishing companies, or online learning industry with a proven track record of exceeding expectation, or spearheading improvement/innovation.

Work Arrangement
  • Full time; flexitime;
  • Work from home; attends meetings in the office as required

  • Frequent traveling to client schools might be required
