Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Content Developers is to support the content creation as a subject matter expert, write, edit, proofread and review e-learning materials so that we can develop high-quality lesson and activities in line with the national curriculum (K-12 Curriculum) of Philippines following our style guide. They must be committed, flexible to changes, can adapt to different students level and able to keep up with a fast-paced production.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • It is a must that the candidate is familiar with the Philippines education system and the national curriculum (K-12 Curriculum)
  • Demonstrable skill of writing and editing lessons and activities for the subject the candidate applied to.
  • Preferably has experience using Content Management System or Learning Management System.
  • Manage deadline and schedule.
  • Positive results-oriented mind.
  • Has good oral and written English communication skills
  • Flexible (easily adjusts to sudden changes)
  • For MAPEH: has extensive knowledge in music, arts, physical education, and health topics for primary school, junior high school, and senior high school
  • For TLE: has extensive knowledge in industrial arts education, business/entrepreneurship education, home economics education, information and communication technology, and agri-fishery education in primary school level and junior high school level.
  • For English: has extensive knowledge in grammar, literature, reading and listening comprehension, written and oral language, and vocabulary development)
  • For Mathematics: has extensive knowledge in basic math, geometry, trigonometry, algebra, and advanced algebra.
  • For Science: has extensive knowledge in chemistry, geology, biology and physics
  • For Filipino: has extensive knowledge in filipino subject.
  • For Araling Panlipunan: has extensive knowledge in social studies.
  • With extensive knowledge in the other 7 Senior High School subject matters

  • Willing to learn HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) for English and MathML or LaTex typesetting systems for Math or Science
Experience Total of more than three years of the below will be given preference:
  • Experience in editing educational contents (e-learning, textbook, workbook, reference book) for Grades 4 to Grade 10, Senior High School and/or College
  • Have teaching experience (classroom, review center, and/or other informal teaching set-ups)
  • Required - Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Instructional Design or Education Majors closely related to the subject the candidate applied for
  • Master's Degree is an advantage
