Apa pengertian dari kedua istilah tersebut?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oksidasi menjelaskan pelepasan elektron dari sebuah molekul, atom, atau ion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduksi menjelaskan penambahan elektron dari sebuah molekul, atom, atau ion.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nah, itu adalah pengertian paling sederhana. Berikut di bawah pengertian yang lebih lanjut:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oksidasi adalah peningkatan bilangan oksidasi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduksi adalah penurunan bilangan oksidasi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><b>Pengertian Oksidator dan Reduktor<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oksidator adalah senyawa yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mengoksidasi senyawa lain atau biasa dikenal senyawa menerima elektron. Oksidator adalah senyawa yang memiliki unsur dengan bilangan oksidasi tinggi seperti. H2O2, MnO4\u2013, CrO3, Cr2O72-, OsO4, atau senyawa yang sangat elektronegatif.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redutor adalah senyawa yang memiliki kemampuan mereduksi senyawa lain atau biasa dikenal senyawa mendonorkan elektron. Senyawa yang berupa reduktor bisa pada unsur logam seperti Li, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, dan Al. Reaksi redoks bisa ditemukan dalam bidang industri. Letaknya pada pereduksi bijih logam untuk menghasilkan logam. Biokimia mendorong terjadinya oksidasi terhadap substansi berguna dikenal dalam ilmu pangan dan kesehatan sebagai oksidan zat untuk mencegah aktivitas oksidan disebut antioksidan.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada pemaparan sel juga terjadi, contohnya pada glukosa (C6H12O6) menjadi CO2 dan reduksi oksigen menjadi air.
