Yuk, sama-sama kita simak pembahasannya.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Gangguan Tumbuh Kembang Tubuh<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remaja yang berolah raga terlalu keras di pusat kebugaran (<em>gym<\/em>\/<em>fitness<\/em> center) berisiko mengalami gangguan tumbuh kembang. Gangguan yang dialami di antaranya pemendekan tubuh atau perawakan pendek. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pemendekan tubuh seperti itu bisa terjadi karena remaja yang notabenenya sedang dalam masa pertumbuhan tidak mendapatkan asupan gizi yang seimbang. Situasinya akan seperti ini: Kalori dikurangi, sementara protein dan suplemen untuk pembentukan otot diperbanyak. Protein dan suplemen berlebih juga tidak baik buat ginjal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maka apa yang akan didapatkan? Semua asupan yang tidak seimbang itu akan sangat berdampak buruk bagi remaja yang seharusnya justru mendapatkan asupan yang seimbang.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Latihan Fisik dengan Alat Gym akan Merusak Tubuh<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selain dari sisi asupan gizi seperti di atas, angkat beban berlebih turut menjadi penyebab pemendekan tubuh. Ia menuturkan tanpa angkat beban pun tubuh manusia secara perlahan memendek karena ada tekanan dari gravitiasi bumi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dikhawatirkan bentuk fisik tubuh akan memendek karena ada penekanan terus menerus dari alat-alat Gym secara intens. Himpunan dari beberapa sumber, kasus pemendekan di kalangan remaja pria usia siswa SMP dan SMA akibat nge-gym berlebih mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hal yang makin memeperburuk situasi ini ketika kontes ketampanan yang menampilkan pria-pria bertubuh atletis semakin marak di kalangan remaja. Hal ini akan mendorong para remaja pria untuk memiliki tubuh seperti mereka.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Usia Ideal untuk Membentuk Tubuh<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut Spesialis Gizi dr. Laila Hayati, seorang pria boleh nge-gym selepas SMA atau bila usianya di atas 18 tahun. Mengingat masa pertumbuhan pria berhenti pada usia 21-22 tahun, Laila menyarankan agar asupan gizi seimbang tetap dijaga dan berolahraga di bawah pengawasan ahli.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mh-loop-title\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/video.quipper.com\/id\/blog\/tips-trick\/school-life\/kebanyakan-belajar-imbangi-dengan-olahraga-supaya-tetap-fit\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">Kebanyakan Belajar? Gerakan sit-up, push-up dan squat (jongkok) melatih kekuatan otot. Latihan sebaiknya didampingi personal trainer agar gerakannya benar dan latihannya terukur.
