Ungkapan ini perlu Quipperian inget-inget, lho. Pasalnya, di musim UAS ini, kita nggak bisa cuma mengandalkan belajar saja kalau mau sukses ujian. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Kita perlu memastikan diri kita ada di kondisi prima. Nggak lucu dong kalau kita mengisi jawaban dengan lemes-lemesan atau malah dengan hidung yang jadi korban flu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Quipperian juga nggak mau kan kalau sampai mesti datang ke ruang guru dan memohon ujian susulan karena sakit? Karena itu, sebelum ujian diperlukan persiapan khusus agar tubuh tetap sehat dan segar. Ini 5 di antaranya:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. Tidur Tepat Waktu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Agaknya, tanpa perlu mengutip hasil penelitian pun kita bisa tahu bahwa begadang itu banyak resikonya kalau besoknya kita mau menghadapi ujian. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Pastikan kamu sudah siap tidur di bawah pukul 10 malam. Dengan bangun pukul 05 subuh saja kamu sudah tidur tujuh jam dan masih punya waktu satu jam untuk mengingat-ingat hapalan sambil sarapan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Yang lebih celaka lagi kalau kamu minum kopi agar bisa menunda kantuk saat begadang demi belajar. Itu bisa bikin jantung berdebar dan berujung panik di keesokan harinya. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Sedia Jas Hujan Dan Payung Sebelum Hujan<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Kena hujan bisa menyebabkan banyak hal, lho, Quipperian. Bukan galau saja, tetapi juga kesehatan tubuh yang menurun. Belum lagi kalau saat terjebak hujan itu kamu lagi bawa kisi-kisi soal di tas, bisa lepek kebasahan, tuh. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Untuk kamu yang biasa naik ojek menuju ke sekolah, saat hujan, pastikan pak sopirnya bawa jas hujan yang layak yah, bukan yang plastik tipis yang cuma kuat menahan grimis. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"><strong>3. Olahraga Ringan sebelum Ujian<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Seorang psikiatris, Dr John Ratey, menyebutkan bahwa melakukan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">stretching<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> selama 20 menit sebelum ujian bisa membantu kita meningkatkan daya ingat serta semangat, lho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Penelitian lainnya yang dilakukan oleh British Medical Journal, mengungkap bahwa dengan melakukan olahraga, konsentrasi dan fokus kita bisa meningkat. Kamu bisa sekedar berjalan kaki, bersepeda keliling komplek, atau jogging kecil sebelum berangkat sekolah.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"><strong>4. Sarapan Yang Benar!<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Walau kamu bukan orang yang biasa sarapan, tapi di masa ujian pastikan kamu makan pagi sebelum berangkat. Berpikir saat ujian itu sangat membutuhkan energi, lho, kalau kamu \u00a0kurang asupan, bisa-bisa KO sebelum selesai. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Pastikan kamu minum cukup air mineral. Minum teh atau susu hangat bisa bikin mood kamu meningkat juga. Nah, untuk makan, pastikan \u00a0yang mengandung karbohidrat entah itu nasi, kentang, atau pisang, dengan lauk yang nggak terlalu berat. Jauhi makanan yang bikin perut kamu bergelojak, deh!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"><strong>5. Luangkan Waktu Untuk Rileks<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Jangan terlalu tegang dalam menghadapi ujian. Bisa berujung tegang dan panik. Luangkanlah waktumu untuk rileks sejenak menjelang ujian. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Kamu bisa main game, tapi jangan yang menghabiskan pikiran untuk atur strategi kayak Mobile Legends, itu malah bikin kamu tegang. Pilih game yang ringan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Atau kamu juga bisa ngobrol dengan teman-teman. Hmm Quipperian yang punya pacar juga bisa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">chatting <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">dulu sama si dia, untuk saling kasih semangat dan dukungan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Selamat mencoba.
