Protista mirip hewan (Protozoa)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protozoa merupakan protista dengan ciri berikut:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uniseluler dengan ukuran tubuh 10-200 \u00b5m.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidak memiliki dinding sel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada umumnya bersifat heterotrof, hanya sebagian kecil saja yang bersifat autotrof.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hidup bebas atau sebagai parasit bagi organisme lain.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reproduksi secara seksual atau aseksual.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada umumnya memiliki alat gerak.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protozoa diklasifikasikan berdasarkan alat geraknya ke dalam enam filum, yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Rhizopoda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang bergerak dengan pseudopodia (kaki semu) di permukaannya.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Amoeba<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Actinopoda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang bergerak dengan pseudopodia ramping dan menyebar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Heliozoa dan Radiozoa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Foraminifera<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang bergerak dengan pseudopodia.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Globigerina dan Polistornella<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Zooflagellata<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang bergerak dengan flagela.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Trypanosoma cruzi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Ciliata<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang bergerak dengan ribuan silia atau rambut getar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Balantidium coli<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Sporozoa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang tidak memiliki alat gerak.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Plasmodium falcifarum<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b><\/b><b>2. Protista mirip jamur<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protista mirip jamur merupakan protista dengan ciri berikut:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bersifat eukariotik.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidak memiliki klorofil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dapat menghasilkan spora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bersifat heterotrof.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protista mirip jamur bukan merupakan bagian dalam kingdom Fungi karena struktur tubuh dan cara reproduksi yang berbeda dengan kelompok Fungi.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protista mirip jamur diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga filum, yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Myxomycota<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (jamur lendir plasmodial) yang bersifat heterotrof fagosit dengan fase makan berbentuk massa ameboid seperti Amoeba yang disebut plasmodium.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Physarium sp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Oomycota <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(jamur air\/jamur karat putih\/jamur berbulu halus) yang bersifat heterotrof dan berperan sebagai pengurai organisme mati (saprofit) atau sebagai parasit pada organisme lainnya.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Plasmopara viticola.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Acrasiomycota <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(jamur lendir bersekat) yang bersifat haploid dengan zigot bersifat diploid.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Dictyostelium discoideum<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Protista mirip tumbuhan (Algae)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algae adalah protista bersifat fotoautotrof karena memiliki kloroplas yang mengandung klorofil atau plastida yang mengandung pigmen fotosintetik lainnya.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ciri-ciri Algae adalah berikut:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bersifat uniseluler atau multiseluler.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ukuran tubuh bervariasi, mulai dari algae mikroskropis dengan ukuran 8 \u00b5m hingga algae makroskropis dengan ukuran 60 m.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bentuk tubuh tetap karena adanya dinding sel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algae uniseluler dapat hidup soliter ataupun membentuk koloni.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memiliki beberapa jenis klorofil (klorofil a, klorofil b, klorofil c, dan klorofil d) yang tersimpan dalam kloroplas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memiliki pigmen fotosintetik selain klorofil (xantofil [kuning], fikosianin [biru], fukosantin [cokelat], fikoeritrin [merah], dan karotenoid).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memiliki bentuk kloroplas yang bervariasi (spiral, cakram, jala, mangkung, bulat, dan lainnya).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dapat hidup seperti plankton, neuston, atau bentos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereproduksi secara aseksual (dengan pembelahan biner, fragmentasi, dan pembentukan spora vegetatif) atau seksual (dengan konjugasi, singami, dan anisogami).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protista mirip tumbuhan diklasifikasikan ke dalam tujuh filum, yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Euglenophyta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dengan ciri-ciri seperti hewan (dapat bergerak aktif) dan juga tumbuhan (memiliki klorofil untuk berfotosintesis).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Colacium calvum<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Chlorophyta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dengan warna hijau karena didominasi oleh pigmen berupa klorofil a dan klorofil b, serta karoten dan xantofil.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Chlamydomonas dan Oedogonium<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Chrysophyta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dengan warna keemasan karena didominasi oleh xantofil, klorofil a, klorofil c, dan karotenoid.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Ochromonas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Bacillariophyta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dengan warna kuning kecokelatan dengan dinding sel unik seperti gelas dari campuran silika dan bahan organik.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Pinnularia sp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Pyrrophyta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang dapat mengakibatkan air laut tampak berpendar di malam hari (bioluminesensi) karena fosfor dalam sel-selnya.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Gambierdiscus toxicus<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Phaeophyta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dengan warna cokelat karena adanya pigmen fukosantin yang menyelubungi warna hijau klorofilnya.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Turbinaria decurrens<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Filum Rhodophyta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dengan talus berwarna kemerahan karena adanya pigmen fikoeritrin yang menyelubungi klorofil, karoten, dan fikobilin.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh: Mastocarpus stellatus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wah, begitu banyak hal yang bisa kamu kulik hanya dari materi protista, ya!
