Perubahan Fisika&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan yang tidak disertai terbentuknya zat baru dan bersifat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reversible<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (bisa kembali ke zat semula).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan ini bisa disebabkan oleh pemanasan atau penekanan. Artinya, pada perubahan fisika hanya terjadi perubahan wujud zat tanpa disertai perubahan komposisinya.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contohnya adalah lilin yang terbakar, kertas diremas-remas, besi yang dibengkokkan, dan sebagainya.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Perubahan Kimia&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan yang disertai terbentuknya zat baru dan bersifat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">irreversible <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(tidak bisa dikembalikan ke zat semula).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan ini bisa dipicu oleh adanya reaksi secara kimiawi. Contohnya singkong yang difermentasi menjadi tapai, sumbu lilin yang terbakar, ikan yang dibakar, besi berkarat, dan sebagainya.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ciri-ciri terjadinya perubahan kimia adalah sebagai berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disertai perubahan warna, bau, dan rasa, contohnya pada telur yang membusuk.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disertai pelepasan kalor, contohnya tapai terasa hangat saat dimakan.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disertai pembentukan gas, contohnya sumbu yang terbakar.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disertai pembentukan endapan, contohnya susu yang basi semakin lama akan semakin mengendap.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Perubahan Wujud Materi<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nah, di pembahasan sebelumnya Quipperian sudah dikenalkan dengan perubahan fisika, kan?&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada perubahan fisika, suatu zat atau materi hanya mengalami perubahan wujud atau ukuran. Contohnya adalah es krim yang diletakkan di suhu ruang semakin lama akan mencair.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan wujud dari cair ke padat disebut membeku. Contohnya air yang dimasukkan ke dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">freezer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> akan berubah menjadi es batu.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan wujud dari gas ke padat disebut mengkristal. Contohnya adalah terjadinya salju.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan wujud dari padat ke gas disebut menyublim. Contohnya ukuran kapur barus yang semakin lama semakin kecil karena berubah menjadi gas.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan wujud dari gas menjadi cair disebut mengembun. Contohnya embun di pagi hari yang terbentuk dari uap air.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan wujud dari cair menjadi gas disebut menguap. Sementara itu, perubahan kimia selalu melibatkan terbentuknya zat baru.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Rudi membuat permen dalgona menggunakan gula pasir dan <em>baking soda<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada pembuatan permen dalgona, gula dipanaskan sampai meleleh menjadi karamel. Setelah berbentuk karamel, ditambahkan baking soda lalu diaduk hingga berubah warna menjadi lebih cerah.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa gula yang dicampur baking soda mengalami perubahan kimia.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Bu Ani membilas apel yang sudah kehitaman menggunakan air mengalir.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apel yang sudah dikupas akan cepat berwarna kehitaman karena mengalami reaksi oksidasi dengan udara. Ibu memasak nasi menggunakan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rice cooker<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beras yang dimasak menjadi nasi termasuk perubahan kimia. Hal itu karena nasi tidak bisa dikembalikan menjadi beras.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Pak Asep memotong rumput menggunakan sabit.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada proses pemotongan rumput, terjadi perubahan fisika. Rumput yang dipotong tidak menghasilkan terbentuknya zat baru. Namun, hanya berubah ukurannya, dari panjang menjadi pendek.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jadi, yang termasuk perubahan fisika ditunjukkan oleh nomor 4 saja serta perubahan kimia oleh nomor 1, 2, dan 3.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Contoh Soal 2<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tentukan perubahan materi yang terjadi pada kopi, mulai dalam kondisi mentah hingga siap digunakan<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Pembahasan:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adapun proses yang terjadi pada pemrosesan biji kopi adalah sebagai berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebelum digunakan, kopi mentah harus disangrai atau dioven terlebih dahulu hingga menjadi berubah warna menjadi hitam. Dalam hal ini, terjadi perubahan kimia karena kopi mengalami perubahan warna menjadi hitam atau gosong.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setelah berwarna hitam, biji kopi harus digiling hingga berubah menjadi butiran-butiran halus atau berbentuk serbuk (bubuk).
