Jika kain bekas ompolan tidak segera dicuci, akan muncul aroma pesing yang kurang nyaman untuk dicium.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aroma tersebut disebabkan oleh adanya urine yang menempel di kain. Nah, urine merupakan produk olahan ginjal yang sudah tidak bermanfaat bagi tubuh.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lalu, apa ginjal itu? Jika penasaran, yuk simak pembahasan berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Pengertian Ginjal<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ginjal adalah organ ekskresi yang terletak di dalam rongga perut, di bawah tulang rusuk bagian belakang.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ginjal berwarna merah dan berbentuk seperti kacang merah yang berukuran sekepal tangan orang dewasa.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Warna merah tersebut disebabkan oleh banyaknya pembuluh darah yang menuju ke organ ekskresi ini.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Darah yang masuk diangkut melalui pembuluh arteri renalis, sedangkan darah yang keluar diangkut melalui pembuluh vena renalis.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Struktur Ginjal<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ginjal terdiri dari tiga lapisan, yaitu korteks atau kulit ginjal, medula renalis, dan rongga bagian dalam (pelvis renalis).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di dalam organ ini, terdapat unit struktural terkecil yang berfungsi sebagai penyaring atau biasa disebut nefron.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jumlah nefron di dalamnya bisa mencapai 1 juta. Berikut ini gambar lengkapnya.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adapun pembahasan masing-masing bagian ginjal adalah sebagai berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>1. Korteks renalis<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Korteks renalis biasa disebut kulit merupakan bagian terluar ginjal yang diselubungi oleh lapisan lemak.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bagian ini berfungsi sebagai pelindung struktur dalam dari kerusakan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di bagian korteks terdapat nefron yang terdiri dari badan malphigi dan tubulus.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Badan malphigi adalah bagian nefron yang memuat glomerulus (gulungan pembuluh darah) yang diselubungi oleh kapsula Bowman. Glomerulus berfungsi untuk menyaring zat-zat dalam darah yang masih dibutuhkan oleh tubuh untuk kemudian diserap kembali. Sementara itu, kapsula Bowman berfungsi untuk menampung sementara hasil penyaringan oleh glomerulus.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tubulus merupakan rangkaian pembuluh yang terhubung dengan badan Malphigi, yang terdiri dari tubulus kontortus proksimal dan tubulus kontortus distal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Medula renalis<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medula renalis merupakan bagian tengah yang berperan penting dalam proses filtrasi darah hingga terbentuk urine.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di bagian medula ini terdapat suatu lengkungan berbentuk U yang menjadi penghubung antara tubulus kontortus proksimal dan tubulus kontortus distal.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lengkungan tersebut dikenal sebagai lengkungan Henle. Di lengkungan Henle ini, terjadi penyerapan kembali zat-zat yang masih bermanfaat bagi tubuh, seperti air dan garam mineral.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>3. Pelvis renalis<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pelvis renalis merupakan bagian terdalam dari ginjal. Pelvis renalis berbentuk seperti rongga dan berfungsi sebagai tempat untuk menampung urine sementara sebelum dikeluarkan.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Tahapan Pembentukan Urine<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urine merupakan zat sisa hasil filtrasi organ ginjal. Proses terbentuknya urine melalui tiga tahapan seperti berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>1. Tahap filtrasi<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tahap filtrasi berlangsung di dalam glomerulus. Glomerulus tersusun atas kapiler-kapiler darah yang berasal dari arteri renalis.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masuknya darah ke dalam glomerulus mengakibatkan peningkatan&nbsp; tekanan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akibatnya, air beserta zat mikro lainnya bisa keluar menembus pori-pori pembuluh kapiler, sehingga terbentuk suatu filtrat.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filtrat yang dihasilkan ini mengandung urobilin, glukosa, urea, dan unsur-unsur lainnya. Lalu, filtrat tersebut ditampung sementara di kapsula Bowman sebagai urine primer.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sementara itu, zat-zat yang ukurannya lebih besar seperti darah dan protein tetap berada di dalam glomerulus karena tidak bisa menembus dinding kapiler.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serangkaian proses tersebut dinamakan merupakan bagian filtrasi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Tahap reabsorpsi<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tahap reabsorpsi dimulai ketika urine primer mengalir ke tubulus kontortus proksimal.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di dalam tubulus ini, terjadi penyerapan kembali zat-zat yang masih bermanfaat bagi tubuh, seperti asam amino, glukosa, kalium, dan ion-ion.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Untuk urea tidak terlalu dibutuhkan oleh tubuh, sehingga tidak banyak urea yang diserap kembali.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cairan sisa hasil penyerapan kembali ini dinamakan sebagai urine sekunder.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selanjutnya, urine sekunder mengalir menuju lengkung Henle. Di bagian ini, urine sekunder juga mengalami reabsorpsi zat-zat yang masih dibutuhkan oleh tubuh, seperti air dan garam mineral.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>3. Tahap&nbsp; augmentasi<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tahap ini diawali oleh pergerakan urine sekunder menuju tubulus kontortus distal. Di bagian tubulus ini, urine juga masih mengalami penyerapan kembali zat-zat yang masih bermanfaat bagi tubuh.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perbedaannya, di bagian ini terjadi proses lanjutan yang disebut augmentasi. Pada proses augmentasi, tubuh akan mengeluarkan zat-zat yang sudah tidak bermanfaat dalam urine sekunder.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nah, urine sekunder yang sudah tercampur dengan zat-zat hasil augmentasi inilah yang disebut dengan urine sesungguhnya.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selanjutnya, urine ini akan mengalir menuju pelvis renalis untuk kemudian bergerak menuju kandung kemih.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jika kandung kemih sudah terisi penuh urine, kamu akan merasakan sensasi ingin buang air kecil.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Proses Keluarnya Urine<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setelah urine sesungguhnya terbentuk, urine tersebut akan mengalir menuju pelvis renalis. Dari pelvis renalis, urine akan diteruskan menuju ureter untuk kemudian disimpan di dalam kandung kemih.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Banyaknya urine yang bisa ditampung dalam kandung kemih adalah 0,5 liter. Saat kandung kemih terisi penuh urine, otak akan menerima sinyal untuk mengeluarkannya.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sinyal tersebut menyebabkan otot perut dan otot kandung kemih berkontraksi. Akibatnya, tekanan di dalam kandung kemih akan meningkat.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peningkatan tekanan dan kontraksi inilah yang menyebabkan urine bisa keluar melewati uretra. Urine yang keluar biasanya berwarna kuning dan berbau menyengat.
