Yuk simak pembahasan berikut!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Pengertian Paru-Paru<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paru-paru adalah organ pernapasan yang menjadi tempat bertukarnya oksigen dan karbondioksida. Paru-partu terletak di dalam rongga dada dan berjumlah sepasang.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ukuran paru-paru kanan lebih besar daripada bagian kirinya. Bagian kanannya terdiri dari tiga lobus dan berbobot antara 375 sampai 600 gram. Sementara bagian kirinya terdiri dari dua lobus dan berbobot antara 325&nbsp; sampai 550 gram.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Bagian Paru-Paru<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignnone size-full wp-image-304030\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"498\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/quipperhome.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/bagian-paru-paru.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-304030\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Sumber: repositori.kemdikbud.go.id<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paru-paru terdiri dari beberapa bagian, yaitu sebagai berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adapun penjelasan tiap-tiap bagiannya adalah sebagai berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>1. Bronkus<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bronkus adalah bagian yang menghubungkan antara tenggorokan dan dan bronkiolus. Bagian ini berfungsi sebagai saluran udara serta mencegah adanya penyakit yang masuk ke dalam sistem pernapasan.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Bronkiolus<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bronkiolus adalah cabang dari bronkus yang mengarah ke paru-paru sebelah kanan dan kiri. Ukuran bronkiolus lebih kecil daripada bronkus, bahkan ada yang menyerupai rambut.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di bagian ini, tidak terdapat tulang rawan. Bronkiolus berfungsi untuk mengatur volume udara yang masuk ke paru-paru. Jumlah bronkiolus pada sistem pernapasan bisa mencapai 30.000.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>3. Alveolus<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alveolus merupakan tempat berlangsungnya pertukaran oksigen dan karbondioksida. Alveolus ini berbentuk seperti kantong-kantong&nbsp; kecil yang berisi udara.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saat kamu bernapas, kantong alveolus akan mengembang. Saat membuang napas, kantong alveolus akan mengempis kembali.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di dalam alveolus terdapat banyak pembuluh kapiler yang menjadi tempat pertukaran darah bersih (darah mengandung oksigen) dan darah kotor (darah mengandung karbondioksida).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>4. Pleura<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pleura merupakan membran tipis yang menutup permukaan paru-paru. Membran ini mampu memproduksi cairan untuk melindungi paru-paru saat berkontraksi. Dengan demikian, organ pernapasan ini akan terhindar dari iritasi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Fungsi Paru-Paru<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebagai salah satu organ vital dalam tubuh manusia, fungsi paru-paru adalah sebagai berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>1. Sebagai organ pernapasan<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Udara yang kamu hirup akan mengalir masuk melalui faring dan laring. Dari faring, udara akan mengalir menuju tenggorokan atau trakea dan berakhir di dalam paru-paru.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di organ inilah akan terjadi pertukaran gas antara oksigen dan karbondioksida. Pertukaran tersebut berlangsung di dalam alveolus.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selanjutnya, oksigen yang masuk akan didistribusikan ke seluruh tubuh melalui pembuluh darah. Sementara itu, untuk karbondioksida akan dibuang melalui hembusan napas.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Sebagai organ ekskresi<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Metabolisme yang berlangsung di dalam paru-paru menghasilkan zat sisa yang berupa gas karbondioksida. Gas tersebut harus dikeluarkan agar tidak membahayakan tubuh.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>3. Mengendalikan pH darah<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pH atau tingkat keasaman darah dipengaruhi oleh banyak sedikitnya kadar karbondioksida di dalam darah. Kadar pH normal di dalam darah manusia adalah 7,35 \u2013 7,45.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Semakin banyak kadar karbondioksida di dalam darah, semakin asam darah tersebut. Hal itu karena karbondioksida merupakan senyawa yang bersifat asam.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proses pengaturan kadar keasaman tersebut berlangsung di dalam paru-paru. Jika organ pernapasan ini bekerja dengan baik, proses pertukaran gasnya akan berjalan dengan baik pula.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dengan demikian, pH darah bisa tetap berada pada kisaran normal.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>4. Melindungi organ tubuh lainnya<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posisi paru-paru yang hampir memenuhi rongga dada, ternyata memberikan banyak keuntungan, di antaranya bisa melindungi organ hati dan jantung.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saat tubuh mengalami goncangan, hati akan terlindung dari goncangan tersebut karena ada paru-paru di bagian luarnya.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hal serupa juga berlaku pada jantung, di mana paru-paru digunakan sebagai bantalan saat jantung mengalami benturan.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>5. Memudahkan dalam berbicara<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pernahkah kamu tersengal-sengal dalam berbicara? Contohnya, kamu berbicara dalam kondisi berlari dengan napas yang masih <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ngos-ngosan<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saat kondisimu masih <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ngos-ngosan<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kinerja paru-paru akan semakin berat karena tubuh membutuhkan asupan oksigen dalam jumlah besar, sehingga kegiatan berbicara menjadi tersengal-sengal.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidak hanya itu, paru-paru yang sedang sakit bisa memicu masalah dalam berbicara. Hal itu karena proses pertukaran gas oksigen dan karbondioksida menjadi terganggu.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>6. Mencegah terjadinya infeksi<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Membran paru-paru mengandung senyawa antibodi yang disebut imunoglobulin A. Senyawa ini berfungsi sebagai alat pertahanan tubuh dari reaksi alergi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Itulah mengapa, imunoglobulin A bisa melindungi paru-paru dari terjadinya peradangan atau infeksi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>7. Mengoptimalkan fungsi mukosilia<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pernahkah kamu tiba-tiba batuk setelah terkena debu? Batuk merupakan bentuk respon tubuh untuk mengeluarkan partikel-partikel asing yang masuk sistem pernapasan.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saat batuk, biasanya akan keluar lendir dari tenggorokan, kan? Lendir itu disebut sebagai cairan mukus. Keluarnya cairan mukus itu dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas silia di dalam tenggorokan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Silia merupakan serabut yang berfungsi sebagai penyaring debu atau partikel asing yang masuk. Debu yang terperangkap itu akan didorong keluar oleh silia melewati membran mukus.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>8. Membantu kerja jantung<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paru-paru dan jantung merupakan organ vital di dalam tubuh yang kerjanya saling bersinergi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jantung berfungsi memompa darah ke seluruh tubuh, sedangkan paru-paru berfungsi sebagai tempat bertukarnya darah yang mengandung oksigen dan karbondioksida.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidak hanya itu, organ pernapasan ini bisa menampung darah untuk sementara untuk meringankan kerja jantung saat tubuh beraktivitas berat.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ternyata, fungsi paru-paru tidak sekadar sebagai organ pernapasan, ya?
