Di bagian dalam permukaan yang kamu raba terdapat suatu organ pemompa darah yang berfungsi untuk memompa darah sebelum diedarkan ke seluruh tubuh. Lalu, seperti apa sih sistem peredaran darah pada tubuh manusia itu?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Pengertian Sistem Peredaran Darah<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistem peredaran darah adalah sistem yang mengalirkan darah dari satu organ ke organ yang lain melalui sel.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistem ini juga biasa disebut sistem transportasi dan berperan penting dalam proses metabolisme untuk kelangsungan hidup manusia. Tak heran, sistem peredaran darah termasuk salah satu sistem vital di dalam tubuh.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Organ Peredaran Darah<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Darah diedarkan ke seluruh tubuh melalui organ peredaran darah, yaitu jantung dan pembuluh darah. Jika diibaratkan, sistem ini hampir sama dengan sistem pemompaan ban sepeda.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pompanya adalah jantung dan selang aliran udaranya adalah pembuluh darah.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>1. Jantung<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jantung merupakan organ yang berperan sebagai pemompa darah di dalam tubuh dan terletak di rongga dada sebelah kiri. Kinerja jantung tidak dipengaruhi oleh perintah atau keinginan manusia.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artinya, kamu tidak bisa mengendalikan kerja jantung.&nbsp; Organ ini dilapisi oleh suatu membran yang disebut perikardium.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jantung terdiri dari empat ruangan, yaitu dua serambi dan dua bilik. Serambi (atrium)<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serambi jantung dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu serambi kanan dan serambi kiri. Bagian ini terletak di bagian atas, tepatnya di atas bilik.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serambi kanan berfungsi untuk menerima darah bersih yang kaya oksigen dari paru-paru. Sementara itu, bilik kiri berfungsi untuk menerima darah kotor yang kaya karbondioksida dari seluruh tubuh.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>b. Bilik (ventrikel)<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sama seperti serambi, jantung memiliki dua buah bilik yaitu bilik kanan dan bilik kiri. Bilik kanan berfungsi untuk menampung darah bersih sebelum dialirkan ke seluruh tubuh melalui pembuluh aorta.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sementara itu, bilik kiri berfungsi untuk menampung darah kotor sebelum dipompa keluar menuju paru-paru.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>c. Katup<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Katup atau klep penutup berfungsi untuk menjaga aliran darah agar selalu satu arah. Dengan adanya klep ini, darah di setiap ruangan jantung tidak akan bercampur.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Pembuluh darah<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setelah darah dipompa keluar jantung, darah akan mengalir ke seluruh tubuh melalui pembuluh darah.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Secara umum, pembuluh darah dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu pembuluh arteri, pembuluh balik (vena), dan pembuluh kapiler. Apa perbedaan ketiga pembuluh tersebut?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>a. Pembuluh arteri<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pembuluh arteri bertugas untuk membawa darah keluar dari jantung. Pembuluh arteri dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu pembuluh aorta, pembuluh arteri pulmonalis, dan pembuluh arteriol.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pembuluh aorta adalah pembuluh arteri paling besar yang membawa darah langsung dari jantung.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pembuluh arteriol adalah pembuluh arteri paling kecil yang mengalirkan darah menuju pembuluh kapiler.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pembuluh arteri pulmonalis adalah pembuluh arteri yang membawa darah kaya karbondioksida keluar dari jantung menuju ke pulmo (paru-paru).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>b. Pembuluh Vena<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pembuluh vena bertugas membawa darah kembali ke jantung. Pembuluh vena yang berperan membawa darah dari organ tubuh bagian atas kembali ke jantung disebut vena cava superior.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sementara itu, pembuluh vena yang berperan membawa darah dari organ tubuh bagian bawah kembali ke jantung disebut vena cava inferior.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selain vena cava superior dan inferior, ada pula pembuluh vena yang menerima darah dari pembuluh kapiler, yaitu pembuluh venula. Ukuran pembuluh venula lebih kecil dari pembuluh vena.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Sistem Peredaran Darah Pada Manusia<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistem peredaran darah pada manusia berlangsung secara tertutup di dalam pembuluh darah. Sistem peredaran darahnya dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu sistem peredaran darah besar dan sistem peredaran darah kecil. Sistem peredaran darah besar<\/strong> <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adalah peredaran darah yang berawal dari jantung lalu diteruskan ke seluruh tubuh dan dibawa kembali menuju jantung. Adapun tahapan lengkapnya adalah sebagai berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari bilik kiri, darah yang mengandung oksigen dipompa keluar jantung melalui pembuluh aorta. Dari pembuluh aorta, darah diteruskan ke berbagai organ melalui pembuluh arteriol yang terhubung dengan pembuluh kapiler.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proses pertukaran oksigen dan karbondioksida berlangsung di dalam pembuluh kapiler. Selanjutnya, darah yang mengandung banyak karbondioksida dialirkan keluar organ melalui pembuluh kapiler yang terhubung dengan pembuluh venula.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari pembuluh venula, darah dibawa masuk kembali ke serambi kanan jantung melalui vena cava superior untuk organ tubuh bagian atas dan vena cava inferior untuk organ tubuh bagian bawah.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"583\" height=\"198\" src=\"https:\/\/quipperhome.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Sistem-Peredaran-Darah-Manusia-a.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-304055\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Sistem peredaran darah kecil <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adalah peredaran darah yang berawal dari jantung lalu dipompa ke paru-paru dan dibawa kembali menuju jantung. Adapun tahapan lengkapnya adalah sebagai berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Darah yang mengandung banyak karbondioksida di bilik kanan jantung dipompa keluar menuju paru-paru melalui pembuluh arteri pulmonalis.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arteri pulmonalis terhubung dengan pembuluh kapiler paru-paru. Di pembuluh kapiler itu terjadi pertukaran antara darah yang mengandung karbondioksida dan oksigen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selanjutnya, darah yang mengandung oksigen di bagian paru-paru dialirkan ke luar menuju bilik kiri jantung melalui pembuluh vena pulmonalis.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"641\" height=\"134\" src=\"https:\/\/quipperhome.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Sistem-Peredaran-Darah-Manusia-b.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-304054\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Gangguan Sistem Peredaran Darah Manusia<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistem peredaran darah juga berpotensi mengalami gangguan seperti berikut.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jantung koroner, yaitu gangguan yang ditimbulkan oleh ketidakmampuan pembuluh arteri koronaria untuk menyuplai darah ke otot jantung.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anemia, yaitu gangguan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya hemoglobin dalam darah. Akibatnya, penderita sering merasa pusing.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hipertensi, yaitu gangguan berupa tingginya tekanan darah hingga mencapai lebih dari 120\/80 mmHg. Salah satu pemicu hipertensi adalah banyaknya mengonsumsi makanan bersodium.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hipotensi, yaitu gangguan berupa rendahnya tekanan darah. Tekanan darah pada penderita hipotensi kurang dari 120\/80 mmHg. Biasanya, penderita akan merasa pusing, badan terasa ringan, pucat, hingga mual.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bagaimana Quipperian?
