Selain karena pelajaran atau guru di sekolah, stres akademik juga bisa timbul karena tuntutan keluarga, tekanan teman-teman, bahkan rasa khawatir akan masa depan. Inilah penjelasan mengenai <strong>faktor penyebab stres akademik<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>1. Beban sekolah<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">Tugas sekolah yang terbilang banyak serta ujian yang harus kamu persiapkan bisa menjadi penyebab stres akademik. Selain itu, kekhawatiran tentang nilai yang akan didapatkan apakah baik atau tidak juga turut berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya stres, <em>lho<\/em>!<\/p>\n<h3>2. Akhirnya, akan timbul stres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">Untuk mencegah stres, hindari metode SKS khususnya saat materi yang harus kamu pelajari cukup banyak. Lebih baik kamu mempersiapkan diri jauh-jauh hari ya!<\/p>\n<h3>2. Perhatikan kesehatan<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">Belajar mati-matian bukan berarti kamu melupakan masalah kesehatan. Jangan sampai kamu kurang tidur karena terlalu sering begadang.
