Quipper Limited would like to announce that it has been decided the Company will undertake the following reorganization.
 
1. Purpose of the reorganization
Quipper Limited is an education services company established in London, UK in 2010.
We have been involved in the overseas development of Quipper and the development and operation of StudySapuri in Japan since the Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2015.
For the business in outside of Japan, we are currently operating in the Philippines and Indonesia.
We have decided to restructure the company in order to achieve faster decision-making and business operations, and to strengthen our local service operations.
 
2. Outline of the reorganization
The Company will transfer its business to Recruit Co., Ltd. on October 1st, 2021 and reorganize as follows.
– The business in Japan will be transferred to Recruit Co., Ltd.
– The business in the Philippines will be transferred to a newly established Quipper Philippines Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Recruit Co., Ltd.
– The business in Indonesia will be transferred to PT Quipper Edukasi Indonesia, a joint venture with a local partner, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Recruit Co., Ltd. due the relaxation of foreign capital regulations in Indonesia.
– Quipper Limited will be liquidated upon completion of the above reorganizing procedures.
 
There will be no impact on the use of the online learning services “Quipper” and “StudySapuri” provided in overseas and Japan.
